Proclamation: The Word of the Lord is an event designed to encourage the reading of the Holy Scriptures so that people become more aware of the values and principles proclaimed in God’s Word. It is the reading aloud of the entire Bible over a 10-day period, 14 hours per day.  The Canadian Bible Society’s goal is to proclaim God’s message in as many communities as possible across Canada. Proclamation will be held in Fredericton from May 4 – May 13, 2016 in the Ste. Anne’s Chapel of Ease at Christ Church Parish Church on Westmorland Street.  All neighbouring Christian churches, regardless of denomination, are invited to participate, and to be part of the Proclamation event. Rev. Priscilla Geisterfer will be co-ordinating the Readings involving all of the Churches and Religious Groups and is available to answer any of your questions regarding Proclamation. Please call her at Nashwaaksis United Church, 458-9452.

Marg Leonard has offered to be the contact person for our Church. Please phone her or call the Church office at 455-8220 if you would like to be part of this sharing of God’s Word.
