Plant Therapy – Tues. Aug 30, 2:00 pm at Regent Hall Patio, Shannex Parkland. Janet Phillips a registered horticultural therapist will lead a talk and discussion on the impact and importance of plants, nature and gardening on our intellectual, spiritual, social, emotional and physical health.
