Church School Youth will be participating in worship on December 10. This special service will be followed by our Annual Pot Luck Lunch.

Elder Election –  All ballots must be returned to the church by this Sunday, December 3. 

Get ready for The Great ADVENTure.  Friday, Dec 1st at 5pm. Pizza followed by activities for the children and church decorating for Advent. 

Please join us to celebrate December birthdays.  Whether it be a milestone or not we have reason to celebrate and thank God for his beautiful gift of life.

2018 Offering Envelopes will be ready to be picked up at the back of the sanctuary on Sunday.  If you are not on our list and you would like to receive offering envelopes, please contact the church office at sapc@sapc.ca 

Our Treasurer, John Astle, is retiring after 28 years of service, effective at the Annual Meeting.  At this time, any members or adherents with an interest in serving in the role of Treasurer are asked to contact The Board of Managers.  Should information be needed, please contact John Astle.

The Mission Tree is set up at the back of the Sanctuary. On the tree, you will find suggested gifts for the families, identified by staff of the Community Health Centre and Transition House, that we are supporting this Advent season.   Envelopes on the tree provide an opportunity to support a First Nations Youth Program co-ordinated by a Presbyterian educator, Vera Blake or Catherine Wilson’s work with Engineering Ministries International.

Advent Tuesday Worship & Small Group Study –  at St. James Presbyterian Church on Dec 5, 12 & 19. Worship at 7pm (Prayers, Scripture, Reflection) and Small Group Study at 7:30pm.  All are invited.  Worship theme is separate from Small Group study.  Feel free to come to both or one or the other.  If you are interested in participating in the book study, email Rev. Jr/Sr High School – End of year Christmas Party on Sunday, Dec 10 from 6:00 to 9:00. Food and festive fun, please let Jordan know if you are planning to come.

Cookie Dough – Chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, ginger and shortbread at $10 a tub, an easy way to bake cookies. The sale is a fund raiser for the Mission Committee.

Lintuhtine Music Academy – presents “The Christmas Story” on December 3 at 7:00pm here at Saint Andrew’s Church. Monetary donation at door – proceeds to Fredericton Food Bank

Carol Sing – Stepping Stone Singers at St. Margaret’s Church on December 3 at 2 pm. Free will offering. 

Annual Advent Carol Festival –  St. Paul’s United Church on Wed, Dec 6 at 7:30 p.m.  A freewill offering will be received towards CBC’s Feed a Family.

Memorial Tree Lighting – Wed, Dec 6 at McAdam’s Funeral Home at 7:00 pm.  All those who are remembering a loved one at this holiday season are invited to join. 

Noon Hour Organ Recitals – Dec. 6 and 13; 12:10pm – 12:50pm at St. Paul’s United Church.  Music to celebrate the Advent season.

‘Twas the Night Before Christmas  – Dec 15 at 7pm at St. Paul’s United Story and musical offerings from The Vocal Collective, Sharon Pond, and Alexis Ervin. Free Will offering in support of CBC Feed a Family.
