Saint Andrew’s Quilting Group

We met Friday afternoon in the church hall to sew quilt tops. Eleanor donated the fabric, Mary picked the date, the rest of us signed up and showed up!

We had a marvellous afternoon, and pieced three quilt tops! We will get them quilted and finished, and then donate them to Transition House or another charity.

We have plans to continue, to meet to sew again!

And that is the church in action! Isn’t this a great initiative — this group of women now have a very special reason to get together and to work together. I love it!!
