The Moderator of General Assembly, the Reverend Karen Horst, will be in Fredericton on April 26.  We have arranged an opportunity to “meet and greet” at St. James, Hanwell, beginning at seven o’clock (7:00).  Light refreshments will be served.  All are welcome and encouraged to attend.  Reverend Horst has had opportunity to visit many parts of Canada and elsewhere during her year as Moderator.  Let us give her a warm Maritime welcome.

Spring Indoor Yard SaleFriday, Apr 29 from 6 – 8pm and Saturday, Apr 30 from 9am – noon.  During your spring cleaning, please set aside clothing, kitchen items and household goods for this fundraiser.  Donations can be dropped off weekdays from 9 am to 1 pm.

College and Career Dinner – April 24th from 6:30 to 9:30 at Jordan and Candace’s apartment. Drives can be arranged and diets accommodated. Please let Jordan know by Saturday the 23rd if you are interested.

Proclamation: The Word of the Lord – Please see sign-up sheet on bulletin board in the main foyer or contact Marg Leonard to be part of this sharing of God’s Word.  May 4th from 7am to noon has been set aside for volunteers from Saint Andrew’s Church.  The Canadian Bible Society’s goal is to proclaim God’s message in as many communities as possible by the reading aloud of the entire Bible.  Proclamation will take place from May 4 -13 at Ste. Anne’s Chapel of Ease.

John Sands in concert – Sunday, May 1 at Knox Presbyterian Church, Harvey Station, at 7pm. Tickets $12 are available from Marlene Phillips in Wilmot’s Church Office (458-1066). This promises to be a relaxing, enjoyable evening of music followed by delicious refreshments!  Everyone welcome.
