The Link – Do you have a poem, story, recipe or article you think would be of interest to others? Preparations are underway for the Fall issue of “The Link”. Please send submissions to the church office before September 11th.
Church Corn Boil – Sunday, Sept 18th. Join us following the worship service for our Annual Fellowship Corn Boil! Hot, fresh corn as well as beverages will be provided… you bring your favourite pot luck dishes and desserts. This is a great opportunity to re-connect with all the people you missed over the summer, and to invite friends and neighbours to meet your church family.
Scouts / Girl Guides – Beavers, Cubs and Scouts meet Tuesday evenings beginning September 13. Sparks, Brownies and Guides meet on Wednesdays beginning September 14.

Lady of the Lake Concert – with Maureen Batt, Soprano, Jon-Paul Decosse, Bass-Baritone and Simon Docking, Piano. September 18th, 7:00 pm here at Saint Andrew’s. Concert will feature a new Canadian Song Cycle by Nova Scotia composer, Fiona Ryan, and Schubert’s Op. 52. Both works are inspired by Sir Walter Scott’s poem “Lady of the Lake,” Admission to the concert will be at the door, $20.00 for adults and $15.00 for Seniors and Students, with reception to follow in the Church Hall. Please join us for an outstanding evening of musical entertainment.
