Summer Hymn Sing – The congregation of Brunswick Street Baptist Church invites you to join them on Wednesday, July 13, 7 pm for an evening hymn sing accompanied by David (organ) and Leah (piano) Steeves.  The hymn sing will be followed by an Ice Cream Social.  All are welcome!

Noon Hour Concert – Wed, July 13^th, 12:10pm – 12:50pm at St. Anne’s Chapel of Ease.  Duo Cantilena with Sally Wright, flute and Steven Peacock, guitar.  All are welcome! Admission by free will offering.

A.C.T.S. for Seniors Coffee House – As part of its A.C.T.S. for Seniors Program, St. James Presbyterian Church (Hanwell) is now offering a coffee house to seniors and baby boomers every Wednesday from 1-4 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m. – noon.  There is no cost, but freewill donations are accepted and reinvested into the coffee house.  Come and catch up with friends, play games or cards (we have an assortment of games on hand), bring a favourite craft or hobby to work on, and enjoy some refreshments.  From time to time, the coffee house will have special themes, guest speakers or entertainment.

After buying our house online, we arrived for the first time ever to this strange city called Fredericton, New Brunswick.  With a newborn and a toddler, we weren’t sure what to expect but promised family out West that we’d be back within two years.

Now ten years later (to the exact day!), we are finally moving back West as we had promised our family.  The fact that we stayed so long is a testament to the beautiful East Coast lifestyle but mainly to the incredibly hospitable and wonderful community and people of St Andrew’s Church.  You became family to us as you celebrated and welcomed three new babies, encouraged us in our parenting and journeyed with us through the joys and difficulties of life.  God used so many of you in such meaningful ways over the years.  Our hearts are forever grateful for how you welcomed and loved us all.

We will miss you and look forward to having any of you over to our new home in BC.
